This piece was the first time in a while where I wasn't thinking "HOW do I want this to look", which was a big pitfall for me previously. Instead, I just drew, and thought "Let's SEE how this ends up looking." That's where style begins to show through—where your art matches your personality—and you get comfortable with your work.
